My new Job, A beautiful view of the lake and of course Taz.

I never thought I'd work for anyone else again, but Kathy Campbell is worth re-evaluating that stance. She is a very special lady and a new wonderful friend. I had started my own design firm and then I met Kathy and it just seemed meant to be. She has a terrific 23 year old business and has been in the area her whole life, it seems like a match made in heaven, her stability and my new infusion of energy. If you go to the web page, there is a picture of her on the About us page, for that matter, there is also a new picture of me! So go to www.thedecoratorsinn.com

So I am now a resident of Clemson, SC, Check out the new cave...

My home is a blank canvas...the builder was into lots of white...yuk! But it offers a challenge to give it a personality. And I am up to the task..... Here it is before, I will post more as it evolves. The area is gorgeous though and the weather heaven.

Well I guess we'll begin by saying Good-bye to Adastra and my foul-weather gear!

Good-bye my wonderful sea-worthy vessel, thank you for allowing me to try out a life dream. Through storms and calm you were a safe haven, we may have taken some beatings, but we both emerged triumphant and better for our time together. I wish you and your new owners safe passage and I will miss you. You rocked me to sleep 187 nights, as I listened to waves slap the transome and to halyards banging, I grew into a braver, better person. I faced fears and boredom and beat them both. It was the love affair of my life, and although short will always remain amazing in my recollection. But it is the right choice for me to return to land, and SC is a gorgeous place to do it....
